When you use the MSAAQ platform (referred to as "the platform" hereafter); you agree to the following terms and conditions, in addition to the privacy policy. These terms govern how the administration handles the content and represent the agreement between the client and MSAAQ regarding the use of the platform and the site.

User Protection

  • In cases of account suspension due to a breach or suspicion by the MSAAQ management, the platform has the right to request documents and personal information and/or any information or document that proves the user's identity. Subsequently, the management has the right to restore the account or continue suspending it based on the available information, noting that account information and avatar are hidden to maintain the privacy of the suspended user.

  • The platform user inherently holds all intellectual property rights and copyrights for the content they post on MSAAQ.

  • The user is committed to paying subscriptions to MSAAQ legally, and any use of any illegal means, such as forged or stolen methods, will lead to the immediate suspension of the academy and the account owner and may result in legal prosecution and liability for any damages caused to all parties.

Reasons for Account Suspension on the Platform

  • We reserve the right at MSAAQ to freeze or permanently suspend any account for reasons of illegal or inappropriate use of the site's services and policies.

  • Users may receive a warning due to violations of terms and laws or any inappropriate use of the site or platform. The warning reaches the user via the site or the email associated with the account, and these warnings do not immediately stop account activity, but may lead to permanent suspension of the account depending on the severity of the violation in the future.

  • Violating the terms of use on the MSAAQ platform may lead to permanent account suspension and possibly claims for damages arising from the violations.

Subscription Renewal

The subscription on the MSAAQ platform is automatically renewed through the payment methods you selected, unless you freeze or cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

If the system fails to renew the subscription due to certain issues with entered payment methods; the subscriber's account will be placed in a grace period of up to 10 days, during which you can update the payment methods and renew the subscription without consequences. After this period, we have the right to suspend your academy and stop access to all associated portals and content.

Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to use the platform after cancelling your subscription until the next billing cycle that appears in your account. After this period, your academy will be suspended until you subscribe again.

Refund

Currently, you cannot request a refund for the subscription payment after it has been cancelled, but we strive to maximize the value you receive first and foremost, so we provide a 14-day trial period before subscribing to the platform, during which you can explore all the features and characteristics of the services provided.

We hope you enjoy the experience to the fullest, and we encourage you to contact us through the available means if you encounter a problem or wish to suggest a feature or develop an aspect of the platform that could improve your experience from your perspective. We work for you, placing your suggestions and needs at the center of our daily operations.

Communication and Correspondence

MSAAQ has the right to send messages to your email to inform you of product updates, MSAAQ offers, and other newsletters, and you can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time, except for essential messages related to product updates or your account on the platform that may affect your workflow in any way.

Dispute Resolution and Technical Support with Your Students

We do not provide support to students; we only provide technical and technical support to the academy and its owners directly. If a student faces issues during their educational journey, the academy must follow up with them, resolve it, and provide adequate technical support.

If a student contacts us due to payment issues or that they have not received access to the course or product from one of the academies hosted on the MSAAQ platform; we will guide the student and encourage them to contact the relevant academy.

If a clear method of contact for the student has not been provided; we will provide the student with the academy's contact details to communicate with you via email. If the student does not receive any response from the concerned academy; we have the right to grant them access to the course or product if they prove their claim.

Your Platform Content

MSAAQ provides programs as a "SAAS" service, and we are not responsible for the content you publish on your academy; you publish all content at your own risk.

You cannot present or provide sexual content or content that incites hatred or violence or extremism; at MSAAQ, we provide tools that help you spread knowledge and share information. Anything else is considered a violation of the terms of use of the platform and may result in consequences for violating it.

MSAAQ reserves the right to delete video files and content related to inactive academies and academies whose subscriptions have lapsed for more than 3 months that we find inappropriate or that harm or affect the operation and sustainability of our services in any way, whether directly or indirectly.

Therefore, we emphasize the necessity of preserving and importing all content and videos uploaded to your inactive academy on MSAAQ so that you do not lose it if you do not reactivate your subscription* for a long time. Protecting your data and content is a significant responsibility that we take seriously.

* It is worth noting that you can subscribe and reactivate your academy's subscription without issues later; only the data of the uploaded video files will be deleted, while other data will remain unchanged.

Price Updates and Package Features

MSAAQ has the right to modify prices and the characteristics of packages and the features available in them at any time as it sees fit for the benefit of the product.

Deleting the MSAAQ Identity or Logo Without Rights

Deleting the MSAAQ logo through CSS codes without it being available in the settings of the subscribed package is a violation, and MSAAQ has the right to suspend the platform directly without referring to the platform owner.

Terms of Use on MSAAQ Pay

Agreement to Processing Fees and MSAAQ Bay Fees Policies

Once the MSAAQ Pay activation process is "completed" in your educational academy; you implicitly agree to all policies related to the imposed processing fees in addition to the MSAAQ Pay service fees as outlined on the service page itself without leaving any room for doubt. You do not have the right to present any objection, of any kind, to these policies.

Processing VAT Payment Tax

You will no longer have to worry about taxes and dealing with legal entities and transactions; we will take care of this burden for you, as a deduction rate of 15% will be applied to transactions including VAT on the student's shopping cart, meaning the student will bear the VAT, and we will pay it directly to the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority; so the amounts will be transferred net to your bank account without the need to review related entities or authorities.

It is worth noting that you can control this feature from the MSAAQ Pay settings, as there are two options for collecting VAT in your academy:

  1. Product/course prices inclusive of VAT. That is, prices will appear to students without any increase, and the academy has complete control over how to deduct VAT from the total order value. A statement will appear indicating to the student that the prices are inclusive of VAT if the option is selected.

  2. Exclusive of VAT (default option). In this case, the student bears the value of the tax to be added to the price of the product or training course during the payment processes.

Refund Policies

At MSAAQ, we strive to offer the best solutions for your business that meet your needs, so if you are not satisfied with MSAAQ Pay services, we have refund policies that enable you to request a refund based on the following terms*:

  1. There are no fees for refunding successful requests/orders, but MSAAQ Pay fees will not be refunded on the original payment in the case of a refund.

  2. If you were charged more than once for one request/order; please contact us via the contact details listed on the site, and your request will be evaluated and reviewed by our team, and any additional payments collected from you will be returned as soon as your entitlement is confirmed.

  3. Once you have been charged for a transaction made through your academy, you cannot get a refund.

  4. Once you receive your financial payments or conduct financial transactions in your academy via MSAAQ Pay, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  5. If you no longer wish to pay MSAAQ Pay fees, you can easily disable MSAAQ Pay from the control panel. There are no refunds for subscription amounts before you cancel.

  6. All refund amounts will be determined by our specialized team, which reviews your requirements before conducting refund operations and determines based on what it finds appropriate and fair to all contracting parties.

  7. The refund period is two weeks (14 working days) starting from the day after submitting the refund request.

Note 1: If your claims do not fall under any of the above terms, you are not entitled to a refund or to claim it. It is also worth noting that your use of MSAAQ Pay services means your implicit acknowledgment of acceptance of the refund policy and any other policies listed on this page or in any of the other pages of the site.

Note 2: A portion of the amount may be deducted if you request "Withdraw Earnings" via Masak Bay, if the bank you selected charges certain commissions, and MSAAQ has no involvement in this either directly or indirectly. Accordingly, you bear the responsibility for choosing the bank account to which you want the transfer to be made.
