As a website providing Software as a Service (SaaS), we pledge to keep our privacy policy simple, easy to read, and quickly understandable. By registering or visiting a MSAAQ site or platform, you automatically agree to this privacy policy, in addition to the policies mentioned on the Terms of Use page, as well as any updates or modifications made to them in the future.
The site management is committed, within the limits permitted by applicable law, to not disclose any personal information about the subscriber, such as name or email address, etc. Furthermore, none of that information will be exchanged, circulated, or sold to any third party as long as this is within the capabilities of the site management, and access to the information will only be permitted for qualified and professional individuals overseeing the platform.

Service Interruptions and Errors on the MSAAQ Platform
The management of the platform exerts its utmost effort to ensure the website and product operate without problems. However, errors, lapses, service interruptions, and delays may occur at any time for several reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we expect users to be patient until the service returns to its stable normal state.
Subscriber Account, Password, and Information Security
The subscriber chooses a password for their account and will enter a personal email address for correspondence, and it is the subscriber's responsibility to protect this password and not to share or disclose it. If any transactions occur using this password, the subscriber will bear all responsibilities arising from that, with no liability on the platform.
The subscriber bears full responsibility for all content they upload and publish through the website.
None of the information deleted by users is retained. When you delete content from the MSAAQ platform or your academy, it will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
The subscriber undertakes to comply with all terms of use and not to publish anything that violates Islamic law in any form, or to use the platform for illegal purposes, including but not limited to: hacking, publishing and distributing pirated materials or software, deception and forgery or fraud or threat or harassment of any person or company or group, or publishing pornographic or sexual materials, or distributing viruses or spyware, or placing links to sites containing such violations.
It is strictly prohibited to violate intellectual property rights or defame any person or institution or company, or intentionally publish any information that causes damage to a company or person or state or group and not to post pirated materials and stolen software and anything that violates regulations and laws, and the subscriber shall be fully responsible for all that they provide through their account on the platform/website.
The use of the site’s services for political purposes is strictly prohibited, and it is prohibited to target any Arab or Islamic country in any form.
Information Collected
When you create a new academy on the Masaq platform, we will ask you to enter the necessary information about your academy, such as name, domain, identity, and email, for the purpose of communication and sending alerts about the product and service provided. The information we collect is subject to the following policies:
Usernames, email addresses, and general data are stored on our servers.
Passwords are stored in an encrypted, unreadable format.
Browsing logs, page statistics, and other data related to visits and visitors, including IP addresses, country of origin, browser language, etc., are stored and accessed under standard policies and are subject to strict security measures. We assure you that this information will not be used in any harmful way and will not be sold to any third party in any manner.

You can pay for your academy subscription costs via Paypal or credit cards, and the Masaq platform does not store or retain this data in any way.
Your Rights Regarding Your Data
You can request to obtain a file that exports the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request to delete any personal data we hold about you, with the exception of data we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes by regulatory authorities.
Amendment to the Privacy Policy We reserve the right to amend and develop the privacy policy from time to time, notifying subscribers and visitors of this through available communication methods.
